The deal includes a third redevelopment project in Mumbai and a land parcel in Bengaluru.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Mahindra Lifespaces has been chosen as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of seven residential societies in the prestigious Borivali West neighborhood of Mumbai.
