During the trading session, the shares hit a high of Rs. 2,379, gaining around 2 percent and are currently trading at Rs. 2,215 apiece.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the exchange filing, the company was awarded an order of 10 MW worth Rs. 37.18 crores for executing solar power projects in Tamil Nadu. The project is scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2024-25.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Looking at the company\u2019s financial statements, the revenue zoomed by 398 percent from Rs. 64.05 crores during H1FY24 to Rs. 318.81 crores in H2FY24. In addition, the net profits magnified by 750 percent from Rs. 5.72 crores to Rs. 48.62 crores during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-864801839\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recent Development:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Oriana Power had signed an MoU with Splitwaters a US-based company for supplying electrolyzers and all necessary equipment for green hydrogen projects to develop green hydrogen and E-fuel facilities across India.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Under this strategic alliance, Oriana Power will lead the business development and project execution in the Indian market and provide the electrolyzer and all other equipment required for green hydrogen projects, along with EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) services to clients in India.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Moreover, Oriana Power will also work with Splitwaters&#8217; green hydrogen and e-fuel projects outside India by leveraging its capabilities and market reach to propel the industry forward.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Order Book:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The business pipeline currently exceeds more than 600 MWp solar (consisting of EPC and RESCO IPP) and more than 30 Ton CBG projects that are poised for execution. And are actively pursuing overseas opportunities in the Middle East region.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Management Guidance:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The management anticipates a significant increase in FY25 topline performance, driven by robust demand in the renewable energy sector and a well-maintained order book.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Oriana Power is in the advanced stage of a financing agreement with a major financial institution in India.
