With the market capitalization of the firm standing at Rs 2,211 crores, the shares of Monarch Limited closed at Rs 635 per share.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What happened: <\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2><p>As per the stock exchange filing published by Monarch Networth Capital Limited<strong> <\/strong>has announced a major fundraising of Rs 300 crores by issuing shares at Rs 560 apiece through a preferential allotment.<\/p><p>As per the filings, the promoter group entity Monarch infra-parks Private Limited contributed Rs 99 crore to the fundraising, and the rest Rs 25 crore was contributed by the CEO.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3170562970\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Additionally, the board has also approved a bonus 1:1 equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each. Also for the same period, the net profits generated by the firm also increased by 30 percent from Rs 31 crores to Rs 40 crores.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ratios: <\/strong><\/h2><p>The trailing 12 months\u00a0 Return on equity and return on capital employed of Monarch limited stood at 36 percent and 39 percent respectively.
