During the trading session, the shares hit a low of Rs. 488.05, losing around 4 percent and closed the day at Rs. 493 apiece.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the exchange filing, the company has secured purchase orders totalling Rs. 3.51 crores. This includes an order from NTPC Limited for steam turbine services and another from SNJ Distillers Private Limited for the supply of spares for ESP.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Looking at the company\u2019s financial statements, the revenue decreased by 14 percent from Rs. 456.22 crores during the December quarter to Rs. 390.76 crores in the March quarter. On the other hand, the net profits magnified from Rs. 37 lakhs to Rs. 25. 94 crores during the same timeframe.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4048275953\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Order Book:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company holds a backlog of orders totalling Rs. 3,437 crores, predominantly from steam services, with additional orders received from the FGD, Hydro, and Gas segments.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recent Development:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Earlier, the company had received a purchase order from NTPC Limited for the supply of Main Turbine Spares at NTPC Talcher worth Rs. 18.71 million (Rs. 1.87 crores).&nbsp;<\/p><p>Additionally, it had also received a letter of intent from NTPC GE Power Services Pvt. Limited (a joint venture company between NTPC Limited, India and GE Power Systems GmbH, Germany.) worth Rs 243.46 crore for renovation and modernization of LMZ steam turbine of Wanakbori for Heat Rate (Efficiency) improvement &amp; life extension.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Shareholding Pattern:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the latest shareholding pattern, the Promoters possess a dominant 68.58 percent stake in the company. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) hold a modest 0.25 percent of the shares, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) account for 3.50 percent.
