4.6 percent to Rs. 432, after reporting financial results for Q1 FY24-25 with a rise in the net profit of 37 percent YoY to Rs. 200 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>With a market capitalisation of Rs. 17,817.8 crore, at 10:49 a.m., the shares of <strong>Aadhar Housing Finance Limited<\/strong> were trading in the green at Rs. 417.75, up by 1.2 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 412.8.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s the News:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The fluctuations in the share prices were observed after the company announced the financial results for Q1 FY24-25, through the recent filings with the stock exchanges on Wednesday post-market hours.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The revenue from operations for Q1 FY24-25 stood at Rs. 713 crores, marking a 20.2 percent YoY rise from Rs. 593 crores in Q1 FY23-24, as well as a 3.03 percent growth quarter-on-quarter from Rs. 692 crores in Q4 FY23-24.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-353468786\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n percent YoY to Rs. 200 crores in Q1 FY24-25, as against Rs. 146 crores in Q1 FY23-24, but on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it declined by 1 percent from Rs. 202 crores in Q4 FY23-24.&nbsp;<\/p><p>During Q1 FY24-25, the company\u2019s Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at Rs. 21,726.3 crores, as against Rs. 17,947 crores in Q1 FY23-24, indicating a 21 percent YoY growth.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About Aadhar Housing Finance IPO:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Bengaluru-based Aadhar Housing Finance launched its IPO of Rs. 3,000 crores, which opened on 8th May 2024, closed on 10th May and was listed on the stock exchanges on 15th May 2024.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The stock was listed at Rs. 315 on the NSE, the same as its issue price, while on the BSE, the stock was listed at Rs. 314.30, reflecting a marginal discount of 0.22 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><p>On 7th May, the Aadhar Housing Finance IPO raised nearly Rs. 898 crore from anchor investors.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Stock Performance&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Since its listing, the shares of Aadhar Housing Finance have delivered
