Ninjacart had conducted the first buyback in 2019.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Ninjacart employees have been elementary to the company&#8217;s success and this ESOP&#8217;s plan will reward them for the commitment&#8230; they have shown during the last two years,&#8221; it said.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3667864418\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> The ESOP buyback comes on the heels of Flipkart and Walmart announcing a fresh round of joint strategic investment in Ninjacart worth USD 145 million.<\/p>\n<p> Commenting on the ESOP buyback plan, Thirukumaran Nagarajan, co-founder and CEO, Ninjacart said, &#8220;I am overjoyed to share that this new year&#8217;s, we can give back to our current and previous employees who stood by us and helped us achieve every milestone with their extraordinary effort.&#8221; \t This ESOP buyback programme is a &#8220;small gesture of our gratitude&#8221; towards the company&#8217;s employees for their contribution, he added.
