Info Systems Ltd<\/strong> started Thursday\u2019s trading session on a higher note at Rs. 2,097 compared to its previous close of Rs. 2,059.70.\u00a0<\/p><p>During the trading session, the shares hit a high of Rs. 2,124.70, gaining around 3 percent and are currently trading at Rs. 2,092 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Such a positive movement in the share price was observed after the company announced a partnership with the self-drive car rental platform Zoomcar. On the other hand, the net profits declined by 5 percent from rs. 38 crores to Rs. 36 crores during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Market leader:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company has established a significant market presence, especially in the <strong>Automotive OEMs segment, <\/strong>where it holds approximately 80 percent market share in India.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Important Financial Ratios:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>In terms of key financial metrics, the company reported a Return on Equity (RoE) of 20.32 percent and a return on capital employed (RoCE) of 26.69 percent for the period spanning FY23-24.
