of Directors of Starlineps Enterprises Ltd fixed 25 September 2024 as the Record Date for bonus issue in the ratio of 1:5 which means 1 bonus equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up for every 5 existing equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Additionally, the Board of Directors also approved a stock split in the ratio of 1:5 which means a sub-division of 1 equity share of the face value of Rs 5 each fully paid up into 5 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" employed magnified from 3.35 percent to 9.43 percent.
