Global lenders have provided financing to the company.&nbsp;<\/p><p>ATGL has entered into an overall financing framework that will allow the company to secure future funding in line with its business plan.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1566220212\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The maiden financing of $375 million executed with international lenders involves an initial commitment of $315 million, with an accordion feature to increase these commitments.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Five international lenders participated in this initial financing, including BNP Paribas, DBS Bank, Mizuho Bank, MUFG Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.&nbsp;<\/p><p>This financing facility will accelerate ATGL&#8217;s capex program, enabling a rapid expansion of its CGD network across 34 authorized Geographical Areas (GAs) in 13 states.&nbsp;<\/p><p>This development initiative aims to serve up to 14 percent of India&#8217;s population, covering over 20 crore people.&nbsp;<\/p><p>It will enhance the reach of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) infrastructure, creating an ecosystem for a gas-based economy.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>In Q1 FY25, the company generated Rs. 1,145 crores in operating revenue, an 8.4 percent increase from the Rs. 1,056 crores recorded in Q1 FY24. The consolidated net profit also grew by 14.7 percent reaching Rs. 172 crores, up from Rs. 150 crores, in the same period of the previous fiscal year.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-1373637349\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>On a year-on-year basis, the standalone Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation, or EBITDA increased from Rs. 255 crores in Q1 FY24 to Rs. 308 crores in Q1 FY25, registering a growth of nearly 21 percent.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Stock Performance:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The stock has delivered positive returns of nearly 31.4 percent of returns in one year, but around 12.2 percent of negative returns in the last six months.
