The stock has delivered more than 100 percent return to its shareholders in just six months.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3994377154\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Price Movement:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,09,735 crores, the shares of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/543971\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd<\/a><\/strong> started Friday\u2019s trading session on a flatter note at Rs. 523.70 compared to its previous close of Rs. 521.85.\u00a0<\/p><p>During the trading session, the shares hit a high of Rs. 528.45, gaining around 1 percent and are currently trading at Rs. 526 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Such a positive movement in the share price was observed after the company in an exchange filing announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with <strong>Engineers India Limited<\/strong> (EIL), a Navratna company as part of its commitment to enhancing infrastructure collaboration.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-504053318\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Also Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/tradebrains.in\/features\/ethanol-stocks-jump-10-after-govt-to-increase-msp-for-sugar-also-to-remove-ban-on-export\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ethanol stocks jump 10% after Govt\u00a0to increase MSP for sugar; Also to remove ban on export<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p>The MoU aims to facilitate cooperation in identifying projects, sharing relevant information to align market needs with each party&#8217;s capabilities, and establishing a working relationship focused on specific industry requirements.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Additionally, it seeks to develop business proposals, particularly in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) opportunities arising from government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, private entities, and multilateral funding agencies worldwide.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Looking at the company\u2019s financial performance, the revenue decreased by 39 percent from Rs. 6,714 crores during the March quarter to Rs. 4,074 crores in the June quarter. On the other hand, the net profits declined by 53 percent from Rs. 478 crores to Rs. 224 crores during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Shareholding Pattern:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the latest shareholding, Domestic Institutional Investors increased their stake from 6.18 percent in the March quarter to 6.77 percent in the June quarter. <strong>Among them, LIC raised its stake from 6 percent to 6.44 percent during the same period.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>Moreover, Foreign Institutional Investors boosted their stake from 2.32 percent in Q4 FY24 to 3.13 percent in Q1 FY25. Additionally, the Government holds a 72.84 percent stake, while the remaining 17.25 percent is held by the public.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Order Book:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>RVNL\u2019s current order book stands at Rs. 83,221 crores, with a management target ranging from Rs. 75,000 crores to Rs. 1 lakh crores.
