The transaction value of this acquisition is USD 36 million.\u00a0<\/p><p>Moreover, The proposed acquisition will enable the company to enter into the semiconductor design business. EBITDA margin improved to 15.4%, driven by higher realization and cost efficiencies, with \u20b963 crores in free cash flow.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Segment performance:-&nbsp;<\/h2><p>In the Industrial Systems segment, sales reached \u20b91,357 crores, up 8% YoY, with PBIT at \u20b9182 crores (13.4% of sales), down from \u20b9197 crores. Conversely, the Power Systems segment saw sales of \u20b9750 crores, a 47% increase, and PBIT rose to \u20b9149 crores (19.9% of sales).&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Global footprint:-&nbsp;<\/h2><p>The Company has world-class manufacturing plants across 9 locations in India and one in Sweden, and a Pan India network of 5 Regional and 14 Branch offices, with around 3,113 employees.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Order Book:-&nbsp;<\/h2><p>As of June 30, 2024, the company&#8217;s unexecuted order book reached \u20b97,054 crores, up 44% YoY.
