This will be the company&#8217;s 12th overall project and 8th high-rise development in Bengaluru.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recent Projects:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>As of August 2024, the company has ongoing projects across the states of Gujarat, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, spanning a total saleable area of 2.66 crore sq. ft.
