This MoA marks a strategic collaboration to develop, upgrade, and create rail connectivity for NMDC\u2019s mines and related facilities across locations.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4040780103\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Furthermore, as part of this collaboration, RITES will provide end-to-end consultancy services for rail connection projects, with an emphasis on reconnaissance surveys, feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and project management. This includes linked civil works including roads, bridges, and other infrastructure required for effective transportation and logistics in the NMDC&#8217;s operations locations.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Additionally, with expertise in railway engineering and project management, RITES will support NMDC in carrying out these key projects to increase raw material transportation and logistical capacities.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financial Analysis:-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Examining the company\u2019s financial performance, revenue plummeted by 11 percent from Rs 544 crore in Q1FY24 to Rs 486 crore in Q1FY25, and during the same time frame, net profit shrunk by 25 percent from Rs 120 crore and Rs 90 crore.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Key Challenges:-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company experienced a drop in export revenue from \u20b935 crores in Q1 FY24 to nearly nil in Q1 FY25, alongside a \u20b925 crore decline in revenue from the Quality Assurance (QA) business with Indian Railways. These challenges led to a net impact of \u20b960 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Order Book:-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The order book increased by 11% from \u20b931,000 crores on March 31 to \u20b930,000 crores on June 30, with around \u20b91,300 crores in new orders across several sectors, including rail infrastructure, highways, buildings, tunnels, and airports. In recent quarters, order intake increased significantly to \u20b93,000 crores, up from \u20b9600 crores in the first half of the previous fiscal year.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Margin Guidance:-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The business expects consultant EBIT margins to steady around 40%. Turnkey project margins are expected to range between 2% and 3%, varying on quarter and execution stage.
