In Q2FY25, net profit surged 348% YoY to \u20b935 crore, with revenue rising 578% YoY to \u20b9169 crore. Pre-sales increased by 33% to \u20b9524 crore, while collections grew 25% to \u20b9267 crore.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1517845272\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Moreover, the company has a diverse city-center development portfolio spanning 52.5 million sq ft across 32 projects, including a major project in Mumbai\u2019s Nepean Sea Road, a Bandstand in Bandra, and an international project in Dubai\u2019s Burj Khalifa district.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financial performance:-<\/strong><\/h2><p>Analyzing the company\u2019s financial condition, revenue magnified by 11 percent from Rs 25 crore in Q1FY24 to Rs 169 crore in Q1FY25, during the same time frame net profit zoomed by 350 percent from Rs 14 crore loss to Rs 35 crore profits.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Upcoming project:-<\/strong><\/h2><p>A Dubai project, set to launch in FY26, is projected to have a gross development value (GDV) exceeding \u20b99,000 crore, backed by a \u20b9250 crore investment for a 50% profit share. The Nepean Sea Road project, with a GDV of \u20b92,500 crore, is progressing with site clearance underway. Further launches are expected amid low inventory.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Management guidance:-<\/strong><\/h2><p>Management targets 30%-35% growth in pre-sales for FY25, driven by ongoing projects. Upcoming launches, including new phases at existing sites, are expected to boost sales. The company is also exploring new opportunities, focusing on high equity multiples to expand its portfolio.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Challenges:-<\/strong><\/h2><p>Management remains cautious about over-committing on sales forecasts, setting a conservative 30%-35% growth target to ensure delivery capabilities.
