It has delivered over 342 percent return in the past year.\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What happened&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Board of Directors of Kore Digital Ltd on Tuesday, 03rd December 2024, considered and recommended the issuance of bonus shares to the shareholders.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The proposed bonus issue is in the ratio of 2:1, meaning shareholders will receive 2 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10 each for every 1 fully paid-up equity share held as of the record date. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) declined by 8.19 percent to Rs.2.24 crore, down from Rs.2.44 crore in the previous year\u2019s quarter.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Footprints&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>They have established a global presence, primarily in India, where it operates extensive telecommunication infrastructure. The company collaborates with major telecom operators like Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Jio, contributing to its footprint in the telecommunications sector.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Segmental Revenue&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company recognizes its revenue from operations under a sole segment manufacturing and compensation systems, supply of reactive power, harmonic filters, and other engineering goods as per the March 2024 Annual report. They entered into Artificial Intelligence earlier this year with 3D printing and 3D Bioprinting and others.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Company Profile&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Kore Digital Limited is a telecommunication infrastructure provider.
