The company purchased the property for \u20b9229.30 crores, which it had previously occupied on a lease basis paying a monthly rent of \u20b91.31 crore (inclusive of GST) and the hub spans a vast area of 27.30 acres.<\/p><p>This acquisition is expected to significantly reduce operational costs as the company has invested significantly in infrastructure at the hub over the years including a fueling station, weighbridge, solar installations, and floor strengthening.
