The investment by Aegis Investment Fund PCC will support establishing strategic business units in regions like the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.<\/p><p>The raised funds will also drive advancements in mechanical seals for defense and nuclear applications, including stern tube seals, primary reactor seals, and API 682 4th Edition. Additionally, Sealmatic aims to target high-growth API markets in India and the Middle East to expand its market presence.<\/p><p><strong>Financial performance:-<\/strong><\/p><p>Looking into the company&#8217;s financial condition, Sealmatic India Ltd\u2019s revenue jumped by 18 percent from Rs 37.01 crore in H1FY24 to 43.93 crore in H1FY25. During the same time frame, net profits plummeted by 2 percent from Rs 6.59 crore to Rs 6.46 crore.<\/p><p><strong>Manufacturing facilities &amp; client base:-<\/strong><\/p><p>Recently, Sealmatic inaugurated a new 25,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Kaman, with a capital investment of \u20b96.82 crores, which will boost production capacity by 65%.
