Unified cash flow management will pool resources for faster expansion and cost savings in administration and governance, thereby simplifying compliance requirements.<\/p><p>The transaction\u2019s pending necessary approvals are anticipated to be finalized within 9-12 months. SIL has India\u2019s largest single-location cement plant, while Penna Cement has a significant presence in various regions.
