This acquisition is in line with the company\u2019s focus on areas that offer strong infrastructure, connectivity, and residential demand, solidifying its position in the growing Bengaluru real estate market.\u00a0<\/p><p>The land, located in Vajrahalli, will have a saleable area of 5.42 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding \u20b9700 crore.
