Before the sale, BlackRock held 11,396,250 shares, equating to 3.85% of the company\u2019s total shareholding. The sale was conducted through an on-market transaction, and the transaction date was January 7, 2025. The disposal was conducted through an open market transaction on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financial Outlook&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>PTC India Ltd reported a marginal increase in sales for the quarter ending September 2024, rising 1.1% to \u20b95,128 crore from \u20b95,070 crore in September 2023. EBITDA also saw a slight growth of 3.7%, increasing from \u20b9295 crore in Sep &#8217;23 to \u20b9306 crore in Sep &#8217;24, with the operating profit margin (OPM) remaining stable at 6% for both periods.<\/p><p>Net profit saw a notable 15.8% increase, rising from \u20b9202 crore in Sep &#8217;23 to \u20b9234 crore in Sep &#8217;24. This improvement in profit highlights the company&#8217;s ability to enhance its bottom line despite the relatively flat sales growth.
