The transaction, valued at approximately Rs. 630 Crores, enhances JSW Energy&#8217;s portfolio, which now boasts a total locked-in capacity of 24.7 GW, comprising a diverse mix of energy sources. A part of the JSW Group, the company operates a robust portfolio of power plants, including thermal, hydro, and renewable energy projects such as wind and solar power.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q2 FY25 Highlights<\/strong><\/h2><p>JSW Energy achieved a total locked-in capacity of 19.2 GW in Q2 FY25, with 204 MW of wind capacity commissioned during the quarter and 495 MW added in YTD FY25. The company also advanced the 440 MW SECI X Wind Project and began work on a 3,800 TPA green hydrogen supply agreement with JSW Steel, expected to commission by March 2025. Additionally, the 1.0 GWh BESS project is under construction, with commissioning slated for June 2025.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shareholding Pattern<\/strong><\/h2><p>The ownership structure of JSW Energy Limited is as follows: the promoters hold 69.32 percent, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) own 14.92 percent, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) control 9.78 percent and the public holds 5.98&nbsp; percent.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financials&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company&#8217;s revenue rose by 2.1 percent from Rs&nbsp; 3,387.36 crore to Rs 3,459.4 crore in Q2FY24-25.
