The target company is engaged in the business of Air &amp; Gas Compression Services, Gas Dehydration Services, and Drilling and Workover Services. They are also engaged in the business of production exploration of conventional and unconventional natural gas.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The rationale behind the Acquisition&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Deep Industries and the Target Company are providing Services of Air &amp; Gas Compression, Drilling and Workover, and Gas Dehydration. They are the first Indian company to provide high-pressure Natural Gas Compressors on a chartered hire basis.<\/p><p>Currently, the company is the largest private sector company in this segment in India and it holds a market share of over 95 percent in Air &amp; Gas Compression Services.
