Ltd., a global leader in radio frequency (RF) drying and heating technologies.\u00a0<\/p><p>The acquisition, valued at \u20b9123 crore was completed on January 27, 2025, and will boost Kilburn\u2019s market position and expand its offerings in key industrial sectors. This acquisition is in line with Kilburn&#8217;s strategic goals, enhancing its existing portfolio and positioning the company for faster growth.
