In this transaction, 40 lakh shares were sold at Rs.\u00a0365.6 each, resulting in a total value of around Rs. 146.24 Crores.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/h2><p>Jupiter Wagons Limited specializing in designs and manufactures a wide range of products, including freight wagons, passenger coaches, and specialized railway components. Jupiter Wagons is known for its high-quality engineering solutions and serves both domestic and international markets. This is through the purchase of shares as well as by way of a Preferential Issue.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company&#8217;s revenue rose by 15.9 percent from Rs. 900.81 crore to Rs. 1,044.65 crore in Q3FY24-25.
