Mr. Ajit Isaac, the Chairman, and Promoter of the company purchased 3,77,219 equity shares of the company which constitutes 0.25 percent of the paid-up capital on February 1, 2025, through the open market. In the other filing, Fairbridge Capital (Mauritius) Limited under Promoter Group (Subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings) purchased 3,77,218 equity shares of the company which constitutes 0.25 percent of the paid-up capital on February 1, 2025, through the open market.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About the Company&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>Quess Corp Limited was founded in 2007.
