This move aligns with PCBL&#8217;s strategy to capitalise on global trends like energy transition, grid renewal, auto electrification, and semiconductor growth.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The <strong>acetylene black market<\/strong>, currently at 60,000 MT, is <strong>expected to grow at 19-20 percent CAGR, reaching 150,000 MT by 2030<\/strong>, offering significant growth potential. With this technology acquisition, PCBL now has a diverse range of conductive material platforms, enhancing its value, product mix, and margin profile, as it aims to become a major player in the sector and a tech-driven, innovation-led organisation.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Q3 Financial Highlights<\/strong><\/h2><p>In Q3FY25, the company&#8217;s revenue was Rs. 2,010 crore, showing a<strong> 21.3% growth YoY<\/strong> from Rs. 1,657 crore in Q3FY24, but a<strong> 7.1% decline QoQ<\/strong> from Rs. 2,163 crore in Q2FY25. Profit in Q3FY25 stood at Rs. 93 crore, reflecting a <strong>37.2% decrease YoY<\/strong> from Rs. 148 crore in Q3FY24 and a <strong>24.4% decline<\/strong> QoQ from Rs. 123 crore in Q2FY25.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competitors&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>PCBL Chemical&#8217;s competitors include <strong>Neogen Chemicals, Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Himadri Speciality Chemical, Goa Carbon,<\/strong> and <strong>Rain Industries<\/strong>.
