This MoU signifies the intent of both parties, formal agreements, and regulatory approvals and is to be sought in due course.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financials Overview<\/strong><\/h2><p>Their H1FY25 results show revenue from operations of Rs. 359.54 crore which increased by 461.34 percent year on year, from Rs. 64.05 crore in H1FY24. Their net profit increased by 749.47 percent year on year, from Rs. 5.72 crores in H1FY24 to Rs. 48.59 crores in H1FY25.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Business Segments &amp; its pipeline<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company has earned its operational revenue from the EPC Model segment, which contributed around 97.72 percent, and the remaining 2.28 percent from Resco Model as of First Half of FY25.
