Additionally, the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Rajesh Jain was acknowledged.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Management words on key decisions&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company stated that this move shows its dedication to achieving steady growth, reducing debt, and increasing value for its stakeholders. It also mentioned that, along with selling vehicles and a subsidiary, these actions will improve Gensol\u2019s debt-to-equity ratio, making it financially stronger in the long term.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Impact on Fundrise<\/strong><\/h2><p>Gensol Engineering plans to raise Rs 600 crore, which will significantly improve its financial position. With the fundraise, the company\u2019s reserves will rise to Rs 1,200 crore, and its debt will reduce to around Rs 530 crore, improving its debt-equity ratio from 1.95 to 0.44.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Additionally, the company plans to split its shares in a 1:10 ratio to make shares more affordable for retail investors and increase liquidity.
