The stock retraced from its day\u2019s high and was trading at Rs 82.26 which is 3 percent higher than the previous closing price.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened<\/strong><\/h2><p>In an exchange filing on Wednesday, the company announced that NBCC sold 1,046 residential units at Aspire Centurian Park in Greater Noida (W), U.P through an e-auction. The total sale value stands at approximately Rs. 2,353 crores.
