The shares reiterated from the day\u2019s low and were trading at\u00a0Rs 83 which is a slight decrease compared to the previous close.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What Happened<\/strong><\/h2><p>Promoter SBFC Holdings Pte. Ltd. sold over 1 crore equity shares that represent a 1.25 percent stake in the company on March 19. These shares were sold at an average of Rs 82 each share, amounting to a total transaction value of Rs 112 crore.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Company Overview<\/strong><\/h2><p>SBFC Finance is a Non Banking Finance Company that is focused on providing secured MSME and gold loans with a pan-India presence.
