The total transaction value amounts to Rs 229.8 crore.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Company Overview<\/strong><\/h2><p>National Highways Infra Trust was originally established to make investments in special purpose vehicles. It was set up by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
