This delisting is in accordance with Regulations 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2337208955\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>As a result, the company&#8217;s shares have been officially removed from the list of securities on the CSE as of April 10, 2025.<\/p><p>Earlier, on 14th February, the company\u2019s Board approved the delisting proposal, allowing for the voluntary delisting from the CSE under Regulation 6. An exit opportunity for shareholders was not required, as the company\u2019s equity shares will continue to remain listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Limited.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financial Performance:<\/strong><\/h2><p>GTV Engineering reported a marginal decline in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year decrease of nearly 4 percent, falling from Rs. 25.06 crores in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 24.14 crores in Q3 FY25.<\/p><p>In contrast, during the same period, the company\u2019s net profit increased by around 149 percent YoY, from Rs. 1.7 crores to Rs. 4.23 crores.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Key Financial Ratios:<\/strong><\/h2><p>In terms of key financial metrics, GTV Engineering has a Return on Equity (RoE) of 13.5 percent and a return on capital employed (RoCE) of 12.7 percent. Additionally, the stock has a P\/E ratio of 25, compared to the industry\u2019s P\/E ratio of 26.4, and its debt-to-equity ratio stands at 0.16.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/h2><p>GTV Engineering Limited is primarily engaged in Heavy Large Fabrication &amp; Large Machining, operating as a subcontractor for various giant engineering companies.
