Asset under Management (AUM) grew by 13 percent YoY and 5 percent QoQ to Rs. 80,397 crores, over the same period. Additionally, the company\u2019s Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share for FY25.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/h2><p>PNB Housing Finance Limited, a deposit-taking Housing Finance Company, is primarily engaged in the business of providing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for the purchase, construction, repair and up-gradation of houses.
