The deal was valued at approximately Rs. 95.6 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 8.85 per share.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4137341766\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>On the selling side, another FPI, Eriska Investment Fund Limited, offloaded nearly 17.4 lakh shares\u2014equivalent to a 0.89 percent stake\u2014in a transaction worth around Rs. 1.54 crores on the BSE. These shares were sold at an average price of Rs. 8.86 per share.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Financial Performance<\/strong><\/h2><p>Variman Global reported a marginal growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year increase of nearly 16.5 percent, rising from Rs. 27.04 crores in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 31.5 crores in Q3 FY25.<\/p><p>Similarly, during the same period, the company&#8217;s net profit jumped from a loss of Rs. 0.4 crores to a profit of Rs. 0.64 crores.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Key Financial Ratios<\/strong><\/h2><p>In terms of key financial metrics, Variman Global currently has a Return on Equity (RoE) of 3.37 percent and a return on capital employed (RoCE) of 8.2 percent.
