The stock has delivered positive returns of about 83 percent in one year, and gained by over 8 percent in the last one month.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s the News<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges, Coromandel International Limited announced the financial results for Q4 FY25, through the latest filings with the stock exchanges on Wednesday during market hours.<\/p><p>For Q4 FY25, Coromandel International reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 4,988.4 crores, reflecting a decline of around 28 percent QoQ from Rs. 6,935.2 crores in Q3 FY25, but a year-on-year rise of around 27.5 percent from Rs. 3,912.7 crores in Q4 FY24.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1401851712\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The net profit increased to Rs. 578.5 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a nearly 14 percent rise from Rs. 508 crore reported in the previous quarter, and an impressive 253 percent rise compared to Rs. 164 crore in Q4 FY24.<\/p><p>On the segmental front, revenue from nutrient and other allied businesses was Rs 4,320.95 crore (up 28.21% YoY), and revenue from the crop protection segment was at Rs 564.41 crore (up 23.8% YoY) during the quarter.<\/p><p>On a segment-wise basis, revenue from the nutrient and allied business segment stood at Rs. 4,321 crores, reflecting a 28.2 percent YoY growth, while the crop protection segment generated revenue of Rs. 564.4 crore, marking a 24 percent increase compared to the same quarter last year.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Equity Infusion Update<\/strong><\/h2><p>The company\u2019s Board has approved an equity infusion of up to Rs. 65 crores into its wholly owned subsidiary, Coromandel Chemicals Limited. The funds will be utilised to explore joint venture opportunities in gypsum-based building material products, aligning with the company\u2019s diversification strategy and long-term growth objectives.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dividend Announcement<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Board of Coromandel International has also declared a final dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share, along with a special dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share, on shares having a face value of Re. 1 each. The record date for determining dividend eligibility is 17th July 2025, and the dividend will be paid on\/before 23rd August 2025.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About the company<\/strong><\/h2><p>Coromandel International Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of farm inputs comprising fertiliser, crop protection, speciality nutrients and organic compost. The company operates in two major segments: Nutrient and other allied businesses, and Crop Protection.
