We are working actively with the Government of India for registering Sputnik Light as a vaccine and as a booster dose of Sputnik V,&#8221; Dr Reddy&#8217;s Laboratories CEO Erez Israeli said in an analyst call.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4292124214\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> The drug maker has also submitted a proposal to DCGI to conduct a trial to test Sputnik Light as a booster to other vaccines, he added.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Sputnik continues to be a viable option for Dr Reddy&#8217;s for India and other countries,&#8221; Israeli stated.<\/p>\n<p> He noted that the company will have to get approval from the authorities in India for the protocol of the trial.<\/p>\n<p> \u00a0&#8220;And pending that approval of that protocol, we will have a trial with other vaccines so it will serve as another option both private as well as the government for the booster in the future.
