The new greenfield aluminium forging facility in North America is still in a ramp-up phase and operating at utilisation levels below EBITDA breakeven levels,\u201d Bharat Forge, Chairman &amp; Managing Director B N Kalyani stated.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-602624909\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>The company expects this business to turn around in the second half of the fiscal, he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLooking ahead into Q3 FY23, we expect stable performance across both the domestic and export markets driven by higher-end market demand as compared to Q2 FY23. The European aluminum operations performance will show gradual recovery over the next two quarters,\u201d Kalyani said.<\/p>\n<p>The company said its board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share of a face value of Rs 2 each.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of the company were trading 2.98 per cent down at Rs 860.30 apiece on the BSE.
