They are non-executive directors and promoters.<\/p>\n<p> According to shareholding data for the December 2021 quarter, Mustafa Khwaja Hamied held 4.31 per cent stake in the firm while Yusuf Khwaja Hamied held a 20.43 per cent stake.<\/p>\n<p> On the BSE, shares of Cipla on Tuesday ended 3.51 per cent lower at Rs 921.75.
