The three tech hubs will further boost the group&#8217;s digital expertise, combining complementary state-of-the-art on-shore (Germany), near shore (Poland) and offshore (India) development centres, Mehmood Mansoori, MD &#038; CEO of Ergo Technology Services India, said.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-195469927\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> With over 4.5 million Indians employed in\u00a0the\u00a0IT-ITeS\u00a0sector, which accounts\u00a0for 52 per cent of the\u00a0market share in IT services\u00a0exports, India is the technology hub of the world, he added.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, the Mumbai tech hub will employ around\u00a0400 people\u00a0by 2023, and the\u00a0recruitment drive has begun. Already, some key\u00a0members\u00a0have been oboarded to its\u00a0leadership team, he said.
