\t Investment in Loyalie is proposed to be made by HCAL under its H@ART initiative  programme to invest in technology companies for the benefit of the real estate ecosystem, it added.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-71262479\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> The shares are proposed to be acquired at Rs 28.16 per equity share.<\/p>\n<p> The deal is likely to be concluded by the end of this month.<\/p>\n<p> Loyalie is engaged in the business of offering marketing schemes proposed by its clients, offering loyalty\/reward bonuses proposed by its clients and providing real estate brokerage services as per its clients&#8217; requirements.<\/p>\n<p> Loyalie&#8217;s turnover rose to Rs 2.02 crore in financial year 2020-21 from Rs 1.33 crore in the previous year, according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p> The strategic pre-Series-A round in January was led by Inflection Point Ventures, Fawkes Fund, family office of Greenpanel &#038;
