This, in turn, will enhance and redefine customer experience.<\/p>\n<p> Through a seven-year collaboration, Microsoft will provide infrastructure as a service (IAAS), platform as a service (PAAS), network and security services on the cloud, including Azure native services on Azure Datafactory, IOT (Internet of Things) and analytics.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The partnership gives a strong fillip to BPCL&#8217;s digital-first strategy, as part of &#8216;Project Anubhav&#8217; to redefine customer experience through the pillars of trust, personalization, and convenience,&#8221; it said.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3964521760\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> Microsoft&#8217;s secure cloud platform with data privacy at the crux will fuel BPCL&#8217;s cloud transformation, providing the intelligence to transform operations, build smarter supply chains and increase customer engagement.<\/p>\n<p> Both companies have also been working closely to provide a secure collaboration experience for BPCL&#8217;s employee ecosystem across the country, with Microsoft Teams and workplace productivity suite.
