This along with improved net realisations resulted in solid net revenue growth of 26.2 per cent in Q1 CY2022,&#8221; he said.<\/p><p>During the quarter, the Board approved the proposal to manufacture \u201cKurkure Puffcorn\u201d for PepsiCo India as part of their network of co-packers. The commercial production is expected to begin from Q3 CY2022.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-2099138921\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>&#8220;As we look ahead, on the back of an improving demand environment, we remain confident of delivering healthy volume growth in the medium to longer-term,&#8221; Jaipuria said.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The shares of Varun Beverages Limited continued their rally and climbed to a fresh 52-week high of \u20b9 1153.95 apiece on Friday\u2019s early trades. The share price of the company increased by 8.90% as compared to the previous close of \u20b9 1059.60.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b><strong>Bonus Issue<\/strong><\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company\u2019s board on Thursday approved the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 1:2, i.e., 1 equity share for every two shares held by the shareholders as on the record date. The record date was not announced, but the company said that the bonus shares will be issued within two months from the date of approval. This issue is subject to shareholders\u2019 approval.<\/span><\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-targets\"><b><strong>Targets<\/strong><\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICICI Direct has a buy call on the shares of Varun Beverages, with a target price of \u20b9 1300.
