Actis has agreed to sell&#8230; Sprng Energy platforms (Sprng) to Shell Overseas Investments B.V (Shell) for USD 1.55 billion.&#8221; \t The transaction is subject to regulatory clearances and expected to close later in 2022.<\/p>\n<p> According to the statement, Sprng Energy supplies solar and wind power to electricity distribution companies in India.
