As per that decision, FDI proposals from these countries need government approval for investments in India in any sector.<\/p>\n<p> In the JV, Highly International (Hong Kong) will have 60 per cent shareholding while the rest is to be owned by Voltas.<\/p>\n<p> The proposed JV will have an equity capital of Rs 250 crore to be contributed in tranches by the partners.<\/p>\n<p> For the financial year ended on March 31, 2021, Voltas had a revenue of Rs 6,251.65 crore.
