Sustained inflation impacting the margins, however, expect margins to improve with the calibrated price increase and cost optimization.&#8221; Havells total expenses were at Rs 3,996.12 crore, up 36.87 per cent at Q4\/FY 2021-22 as against Rs 2,919.54 crore.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-389460352\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>The Board of Directors of the Company has approved a Final Dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share, for the financial year 2021-22.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of Havells India Ltd on Wednesday settled at Rs 1,253 on BSE, down 2.82 per cent from the previous close.
