The company has appointed Akshat Kapoor as its Whole Time Director.<\/p>\n<p> The company also informed that the scheme of arrangement between Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd and Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd (resulting company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, has been sanctioned.
