DeSarkar said.<\/p>\n<p>In a challenging economic environment, HGS is witnessing strong demand for &#8216;customer experience&#8217; business across all its geographies.<\/p>\n<p>The statement further said that the proposed buyback of around Rs 975 crore based on the audited results for FY2022, will be announced at a later date upon completion of requisite approvals, and the company expects this to take place in the second half of FY2023.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-3683376409\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>HGS&#8217; Board of Directors in February 2022 approved the acquisition of the media and digital business of NXTDIGITAL Limited, a related party, through the issuance of shares.<\/p>\n<p>National Company Law Tribunal &#8220;has vide its order dated July 29, 2022, directed convening of the meeting of the equity shareholders of the company on September 02, 2022,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>HGS combines automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence with domain expertise focusing on digital customer experiences, back-office processing, contact centres, and HRO solutions.
