This is about 5650% of its face value of \u20b91 per share. The shares will start trading ex-dividend on 20th June 2022.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-2038515425\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The company posted a 4.26% increase in its net profit from \u20b9364.32 crores during the March quarter in 2021\u00a0 to \u20b9 379.87 crores in the March quarter this year. Its consolidated net sales jumped 15% to \u20b93508 crores and its operating profits grew by 10% to \u20b9378 crores.<\/p><p>\u201cIn this quarter, we delivered a robust top-line growth of 15 per cent and a mid-single-digit volume growth which demonstrates the resilience of our brands and a reflection of our execution strengths across divisions &amp; channels.&#8221; &#8211; Varun Berry, Managing Director.<\/p><p>The company\u2019s profit before taxes stood at \u20b9 518.91 crores for the March quarter this year. This is a 5.3% hike as compared to \u20b9 492.65 crores during the corresponding quarter last year.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1516261002\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Its Income from the sales of goods increased by 15.47% to \u20b9 3,508.35 crores in the March quarter of 2022. A year ago in Q4 2021, its income from sales stood at \u20b9 3,038.13 crores despite the rise in operational costs, raw materials and inflation due to geopolitical factors.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Britannia Industries has marginally exceeded expectations, taking key factors like cost margins into consideration.
