It has recommended a final dividend of \u20b9 20 per share and a special dividend of \u20b980 per share.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-436920991\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>Within a week of this announcement, the shares of the company soared from \u20b9877.45 levels to \u20b91034 levels, up 17.18%.<\/p><p>\u201cThe final and special dividend, if approved by the members, at the forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, August 1, 2022, shall be paid within the statutory time limit to those members whose names would appear in the register of members on Monday, July 25, 2022,\u201d the company said in a regulatory filing.<\/p><p>The company has been paying dividends since 2013. Currently, it has a dividend yield of 9.87%. It has a market capitalization of \u20b9 2,337 crores. Its shares changed 24,73,057 hands-on Thursday.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3569940574\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p><strong>In 2020 the company paid \u20b9 93, in 2021 the company paid \u20b9 98 and this year the company will pay \u20b9 100<\/strong><\/p><p>In addition, the company also announced its financial results on 26th May for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2022. It posted a 5% year on year increase in its total revenue at \u20b9 603 crores in Q4FY22, however, its gross margin was negatively impacted by the higher cost of goods sold (up 10%) due to increased raw material prices across all categories. Further, its other expenses were impacted by a steep rise in fuel prices.<\/p><p>Sandeep Mahajan, chairman and managing director of Goodyear India said, \u201cThe overall business environment remains challenging.
