In addition, it includes the transfer of all eligible employees of FIPL Sanand\u2019s vehicle manufacturing operations.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Petrol pumps didn\u2019t buy fuel<\/strong><\/h4><p>Delhi Petrol Dealers Association on Tuesday said that they won\u2019t buy fuel from oil marketing companies (OMC) on Tuesday, 31 May since their revisions were not revised despite the rise in petrol and diesel prices.<\/p><p>Although there was an agreement between OMCs and dealer associations that the dealer margins will be revised every six months, it has not been revised since 2017.\u00a0<\/p><p>Currently, petrol pumps get a commission of around \u20b92.90 per litre of petrol and around \u20b91.85 per litre in the case of diesel.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vodafone Idea share price has been on a roll of late.<\/strong><\/h4><p>Investors of Vodafone Idea breathed a sigh of relief after it was reported that Amazon will invest in the company.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-2626633995\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Amazon India is planning to invest \u20b9200 billion in Vodafone Idea. \u20b9100 bn will be in the form of equity and the other half will be in the form of debt.<\/p><p>The investment proceeds will be used to bid for the auction of the 5G spectrum and for meeting its capital expenditure for providing 5G services.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reliance Brands Ltd and Plastic Legno SPA ink Joint Venture<\/strong><\/h4><p>Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) will acquire a 40% stake in the European company\u2019s toy manufacturing business in India.<\/p><p>This investment will serve a dual purpose. It will bring vertical integration to the company\u2019s toy business and help in diversifying the supply chain with a long-term strategic interest in building toy manufacturing in India.<\/p><p>This joint venture would open new doors and unparalleled opportunities for toys manufactured in India.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The biggest cement maker doubles down on CAPEX plan<\/strong><\/h4><p>UltraTech Cement Ltd, India\u2019s largest maker of the building material, said that it would spend \u20b912,866 crores on adding 22.6 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) capacity.<\/p><p>This happened just weeks after it lost the race to acquire Holcim Ltd India cement assets to billionaire Gautam Adani.<\/p><p>The race to expand capacity comes as the government plans to spend a record \u20b9 7.50 trillion this year to build roads and ports to boost growth.
